Fulton Art Fair Exhibition Closing Reception

Brooklyn artists and art lovers braved the cold on Thursday, January 15th for the remarkable Fulton Art Fair exhibition and closing reception, alvann1January 15th for the remarkable Fulton Art Fair exhibition and closing reception, with presenting artists Otto Neals, Miriam Francis, Emmett Wigglesworth, Brent Bailer, and Brian ‘Strong-Wind’ Williams present; the show also includes works of Onnie Millar, Edward Bates, and Violet Hewitt Chandler. R&B singer Latoya Washington, former Restoration youth worker gave a stellar performance. The reception was co-hosted by Ms. Diane Bailey, author and owner of Tendrils Hair Spa. The Honorable Albert Vann presented a proclamation to FAF for their 50 years of service to Brooklyn artists and the community. Others in attendance included Darnley Osborne, president of the College of New Rochelle, Neil Feldman, publisher of the popular NOBEvents blog, Richard Greene, founder and executive director of Crown Heights Collective, Myrah Brown Green, Ph.D., distinguished lecturer of art at City College, Willie Onajae, poet, Angeli Rasberry, youth advocate, and Javaka Steptoe, artist and illustrator.
